The mobile hydraulic gantry is intended for handling and lifting heavy industrial components weighing up to 725 T to the height of over 8 m. Thanks to its mobility on its track on its own runway, the gantry can transport suspended cargo in both directions parallel to the runway. The sliding system on lifting beams enables precise sliding of cargo across the runway. The system can operate in all conditions, both on construction sites and in production halls. The gantry is equipped with autonomous electric power supply system, but can also be powered from the grid 3 x 380 V.

This system consists of four lift towers, each equipped with two hydraulic cylinders. The modular design of the gantry enables its easy transport using a standard truck set and its quick preparation to operation in its place of destination. Mobilization of the gantry takes up to 8 hours and depends on the type of land on which lifting or handling is planned.
 



Set for hydraulic handling using the sliding method

Hydraulic handling is a type of transport of heavy industrial components provided by sliding the cargo atop sliding beams. The transport is completed on construction sites, in shipyards, industrial halls, etc. In sea and inland ports, it enables to move heavy loads from the place of assembly to the range of floating and ship cranes, and load on and unload from pontoons. Another important application is use of the system for assembly or disassembly of equipment on their foundations, unloading from wagons or cars.

  • Sliding beams of 160x160mm and 300 x 300 mm in section, with the total length of 800 m,
  • Hydraulic cylinders of different piston strokes and load capacities from 2 to 140 T,
  • Rigid sliding carts and trolleys with the possibility of hydraulic displacement - enable sliding transport of structures of up to 5000 T.
     


Hydraulic weighing-cell scales

Our equipment enables weighing heavy industrial components using electronic recording and processing of pressures in cylinders located on individual nodes of weighed elements. Our equipment can weigh loads up to 1 200 T, with the measurement accuracy of +/- 0.6%. All components of the weighing set have PN conformity certificates and Calibration Certificates issued by the Regional Office of Measures.

W-2 Pontoon
 

We are inland ship-owner that has the special Maximus pontoon offering dimensions of 52 x 8.9 m and 301 T of deadweight. We also have W-2 pontoons with dimensions of 40.0 x 8.6 m and 180 T of deadweight. Offered services cover EU's inland waters. Pontoons can be used for sea transport through the Gdańsk Bay up to 4 on the Beaufort scale.
